Description
BUILDING PERMIT OBTAINED
The construction of the "Spitzhorn chalet" is located at the entrance to the village of Gsteig, coming from Gstaad, in a residential area of Standing called "Zälgeni".
Thanks to this optimal location, places such as the connection to public transport, shops, schools and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The residence-chalet facing south, will offer you an atmosphere of calm and fullness with a spectacular alpine panorama without direct neighbours.
In addition to large apartments of similar sizes, the residence-chalet has an underground garage and cellars which are also civil protection shelters, spaces which are directly accessible by the elevator.
In addition, the inhabitants will benefit from a magnificent natural environment in the residential area. The offer is completed by the exceptional nature of the “Gstaad Valley”.
The pre-Alpine character of the landscape offers almost endless possibilities such as hiking, cycling, mountain biking, sledding, skiing, as well as cross-country skiing with a track that goes around Gstaad and its surroundings.
The project
A residence-chalet combining tradition, modernity and comfort.
The "Chalet Spitzhorn" consists of 6 apartments, on a plot of nearly 850 m2. These 6 apartments will benefit from a very beautiful mountain architecture and a resolutely modern and ecological design with access provided for the disabled and an elevator which will serve all floors.
Outdoor spaces to enjoy the fabulous alpine panorama on a daily basis
The "Chalet Spitzhorn" will offer on the ground floor very beautiful 27m2 terraces without vis-à-vis in an authentic natural setting, as well as spacious balconies for the apartments upstairs.
Three visitor parking spaces are provided to accommodate your visitors. Spaces will also allow you to leave your bikes safely between two trips.
Environmentally friendly energy management
The chalet-residence will be labeled Minergie®, a standard that reduces its energy consumption and uses renewable resources. The roof will be equipped with photovoltaic panels.
Housing
Spacious and bright interior surfaces
Numerous windows illuminate the interiors of each of the apartments. Their south-facing orientation makes it possible to make the most of natural light and solar heat all year round. On the upper floors, each apartment has a substantial ceiling height.
Quality finishes according to your desires
In addition to having the choice for quality finishes, owners can imagine and modulate their apartments. This is particularly the case for the layout of the kitchen, the configuration of which can be decided by the purchaser.
A wide range of equipment for your comfort
The apartments are generously equipped for your comfort.
The entrances are lit by motion-sensing devices.
The living room of each of the apartments has an open kitchen for great conviviality as well as a Swedish stove with an elegant and modern design to warm up winter evenings.
The interior surfaces have multimedia sockets in the living room and in all the bedrooms as well as controlled sockets. A complete home automation installation is also possible as an option.
Each of the apartments has a parking space in the underground garage and a cellar/PC shelter. A common laundry room is also available.
The ground floor apartments offer a living area of approx. 92 m2 and consist of 4.5 rooms. Outside you can enjoy a terrace of almost 27 m2.
The 1st floor apartments have the same distribution, with 4.5 rooms and a living area of approx. 91 m2. A spacious L-shaped balcony of approximately 25 m2 extends your outdoor living space with a fabulous alpine panorama.
The penthouse apartments, in addition to higher ceilings for a cathedral effect, offer a living area of approx. 90.5 m2 and consist of 3.5 rooms. Two spacious balconies protected by the eaves, approximately 18 m2 in total, one of which has direct access to the 2nd bedroom, provide you with an exceptional view of the exterior, still with this fabulous Alpine panorama.
